I am looking for information and good examples for automating deployment of database projects, through the command line utility. I have found articles regarding the GUI process, which requires manual changes to filegroup file placements and connection strings for each build/deployment. Others have touched on the thought of using the command utilities but I see little in regards to a full implementation examples and best practice. Any information on this will be helpful.

Hi Bonnie,

I introduce SQL Server database deployment in Volume 1. The current plan is to cover deployment more thoroughly in Volume 3.
